Return Policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you wish to return items you must notify us via email at contact@thegrowweco.com within two weeks (14 days) of the shipping delivery date. Please include the verbiage ‘Return Order’ in the email subject line.

Within the body of the email please indicate:

- Order number

- Email address tied to the order

- Name of person that placed the order

Items and packaging must be in original (untarnished) condition for a return to be processed and a refund to be issued. Original tags must be attached.

Upon receiving your return inquiry, we will send over a return label. Affix this label to your original packaging and bring to the carrier specified on the return label. Returns are free of charge.

Once TheGrowweCo. receives and inspects your return order (and confirm items and packaging are in acceptable condition), we will process a refund to the original form of payment. This process can take up to 10 business days after receiving the return order.

Store credit can be made available in lieu of payment refund.

Refunds will only be distributed to the original customer and payment method.

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds.
