How true-to-fit are your item sizes?

We are in the process of developing sizing charts for all our items that will provide measurement of: item length (top-to-bottom) and item width (midsection). In the meantime, if you have specific sizing questions contact us via email.

Most of our children clothing inventory will indicate a suggested age range for sizing with the 'm' representing age in months (6-12m = 6 to 12 months old).

The majority of our items are true to size. However, certain items with larger age ranges will typically fit the higher end of the range better, unless the child is larger than average for their age group. We attempt to call this out for all items and sizes in the item description section. Read through the product description and keep these details in mind when selecting a size. 

Ultimately, it is the buyer's knowledge of their own children's sizing that should determine the size they pick. Don't hesitate to reach out to us with item sizing questions!


How can I cancel or modify an order?

Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. If the order has not yet shipped, we will be more than happy to assist. In the case of already shipped orders, we are not able to cancel your order but are happy to assist you in the return process once the order is received by you. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement, and it may not always be possible to cancel.

Can I place a product order if there are no sizes available?

Currently, there is no ability to place a product order if the item and/or size is out of stock. 

We are a small shop that works with many wholesalers and manufacturers - rest assured we will work diligently with all partners to replenish any out-of-stock items. The timing of the inventory replenishment will depend on the item.

Can I place an order over the phone, through email, or chat?

In order to protect your personal information we do not accept any orders placed over the phone, email or chat. Please place your order online through our site, if you need assistance navigating our checkout page please contact us.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Order fulfillment times are estimates and may be subject to change. During times of high order volume, expect fulfillment times to be extended. 

Orders (including orders having expedited shipping) are typically fulfilled by TheGrowweCo. and sent to the shipping carrier within 1 – 3 business days of the order being placed (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders within the contiguous US will typically take between 2 - 10 business days to ship to the destination once in the possession of the shipping carrier.

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

We do not explicitly offer customized gift wrapping. All of our packaging is carefully prepared in a manner that provides a great gifting and unwrapping experience! 

There is an ability to create customized messaging for gift recipients. Once products are added to your online shopping cart, navigate to the ‘My Cart’ page. There will be a special instructions text box towards the bottom of the page. In the text box, specify how you’d like to address a recipient and any additional custom messaging you’d like to include.

How do I use a discount code?

If you have a discount code you’ll be able to enter your code as you navigate through the ‘check out’ process. Simply enter the code and hit ‘apply’ prior to payment.

Where is my order confirmation email?

When your order is placed with TheGrowweCo. you should receive a confirmation email shortly after the purchase transaction. The confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided as part of the checkout process.

How can I track my order?

Once we have fulfilled your order (fulfillments typically take 1-3 business days) and sent it to the shipping carrier, you will receive a follow up email notifying you of your order being shipped.

As part of this follow up email, the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) will provide a tracking number that can be used to track the package status.

Can I upgrade to express shipping?

We currently offer two shipping carrier options with different delivery schedules and price points. At checkout, the delivery options (USPS Parcel Select Ground and UPS Ground) will note estimated shipping times and cost.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States. Shoot us a note at contact@thegrowweco.com if you’re looking to ship internationally. If demand exists, we’ll look to expand our current shipping footprint.

When will my order ship and how much does shipping cost?

At this time, all orders above $75 will automatically qualify for free shipping.

All shipping costs are calculated by the carrier company and are based on the package weight and shipping location.

Orders typically take 1-3 business days to fulfill and another 3-7 business days to ship to your location. You will receive status emails detailing your shipping confirmation and delivery dates. What happens if the package says ‘delivered’ but I have not yet received it?

1.) Confirm your shipping address you provided on the order.

2.) Check other locations around the delivery area (side of house, bushes, etc.).

If you cannot locate your package and have confirmed you provided an accurate address at time of order, reach out to us within 10 business days of the stated delivery date at contact@thegrowweco.com

What if I received my package and the items are damaged?

If you received your package and it contained damaged (or missing) items, please contact us within 10 days of the shipping delivery date at contact@thegrowweco.com

We will work with you to ensure your items are fulfilled in a fair and reasonable manner.


If you wish to return items you must notify us via email at contact@thegrowweco.com within two weeks (14 days) of the shipping delivery date. Please include the verbiage ‘Return Order’ in the email subject line.

Within the body of the email please indicate:

- Order number

- Email address tied to the order

- Name of person that placed the order

Items and packaging must be in original (untarnished) condition for a return to be processed and a refund to be issued.
